There are multiple races in the universe of Destiny 2 that have been only been expanded upon through lore books, and while most of them are extinct thanks to the Hive, some would benefit from more exposure. Randal the Vandal was the nickname given to a Level 8 Fallen Reaver Vandal in the first game, as the foe spawned with significantly higher stats than the other enemies in the area. It appears that Bungie has now brought back the character for the sequel, as one YouTuber has spotted a higher-powered Reaver Vandal in the Sunken Isles area of the European Dead Zone (EDZ)....
Destiny 2’s power cap is broken down into five parts. the Power Floor, the Soft Cap, the Powerful Cap, the Pinnacle Cap, and lastly, the Artifact Levels. The Power Floor is the lowest level that Bungie starts Guardians out regardless of progress from previous seasons. The new season of the Chosen Power Floor is 1100, meaning Guardians will have a minimum of Power Level 1100. Losing a match in Trials of Osiris can cripple the chances of Guardians going to the Lighthouse. The Passage of Mercy will forgive the first loss of a Trials Card, giving Guardians some mercy when attempting a Flawless run to the Lighthouse. Unfortunately, being kicked out of a Trials of Osiris match will use the Mercy granted from the Mercy Passage.
