As such, ScoobyDeezy states that this is the most confident timeline yet, thanks to the happenings of Saint-14, the exile of Osiris receiving an official year of 294, and the timeline changes of Season of Dawn. It has completely changed the events of the Dark Age and the City Age, though these big lore dives have implications elsewhere as well, yet it’s also worth acknowledging that ScoobyDeezy did not do all of this on his own. A complete discord server seems dedicated to compiling and refining this timeline, meaning it will likely change again, as there are still many questions to sort out.
The timing of the Ironsbane, for example, with everything else reported provides two different possibilities for when the Iron Lords met their demise, all of which is noted in the timeline. Of course, Destiny 2’s season of dawn has just begun, meaning there’s likely more info to be revealed over the next few weeks. The season of dawn itself has brought a number of changes to Destiny 2, so it’s not just the lore changing, but a whole new chapter of the game hitting its stride.
